The 2 or 3 part Tank can be added existing pieces .. like a pretty table cloth.
Here are some guides to help cut the right size of circular hole to add onto the 2 part or 3 part Tank.

A cut circle will be flexible because of the bias, so 5mm smaller will prevent the circle appearing too big. Take a 1cm seam and match the notch at the front and sides and the 2 notches at the centre back.

Hypotenuse/ diagonal
I have included these measurements because unlike " normal " skirts the pointy bits of a handkerchief skirt can be much longer than the straight sides.
110 cm x 110 cm measures 155.5 cm on the diagonal
120 cm x 120 cm measures 169.5 cm on the diagonal.
130 cm x 130 cm measures 184 cm on the diagonal.
140 cm x 140 cm measures 198 cm on the diagonal
150 cm x 150 cm measures 212 cm on the diagonal.
Note.
110 cm - 28 cm ( a size 0) = 82cm
Divide by 2 = the shortest sides, if the hole is in the middle , will be 41 cm
110cm - 50 cm ( a size 12 ) = 60 cm
Divide by 2 = the shortest sides, if the hole is in the middle , will be 30 cm
Below. This version is shorter at the front than the back so the shortest sided will be even shorter.

Here it is attached to the 3 part tank.
